My name is Nabin Uikey, and I come from Dhaniyajaam village in Betul district, Madhya Pradesh. Raised in a humble tribal family, I’ve seen firsthand how skilled workers like maids, electricians, painters, and cooks remain jobless not due to lack of ability, but due to lack of opportunity and trust. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Arts from Government Hamidia Arts and Commerce College, Bhopal. I completed my 12th with 77.6% and 10th with 67%, always determined to use education as a tool to bring change. That’s why I founded Kaamvalaa — a digital platform to connect skilled workers with families and small businesses in need of reliable help. Growing up, I saw neighbors struggle daily — some searching endlessly for work, others suffering because they couldn’t find someone they could trust for help. With Kaamvalaa, I want to solve both problems together by building a user-friendly app and website where workers can register with verified profiles, and employers can hire directly without middlemen or exploitation. This platform will prioritize background checks and fair pay, and will charge no hidden fees. I am raising ₹5,00,000 to build this platform, train and onboard 500+ workers, spread awareness, and handle on-ground logistics across cities like Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Nagpur. This isn’t just a startup; it’s a mission to restore dignity to labor, empower underprivileged families, and rebuild community trust. I may be a student from a remote village, but I carry big dreams and a deep commitment to serve my people. Your donation, big or small, will help create jobs, rebuild hope, and light up many homes.
